Led post-pandemic mission recovery: Built and executed a three-year strategic plan (2022–2024) in partnership with Special Olympics Minnesota's Board, bringing mission experiences 28% above pre-pandemic levels and establishing the framework for the next phase of growth.

Created financial statements and cash flow forecasts from scratch: Presented statements and projected cash flows to Anoka Pride Day Board members within 60 days of election as treasurer, quantifying the organization's previously unknown financial position and supporting effective planning for the third annual Anoka Pride Day.

Built COVID-era cash-flow forecasting and financial planning: Partnered with Special Olympics Minnesota's finance staff to reverse-engineer the general ledger into a scenario-based cash-position model led a rolling 12–24-month plan that preserved services and emerged with stronger reserves and elevated Board confidence.

Created Special Olympics Minnesota's first mission measurement system: Developed the “Statement of Mission Activities” quantifying impact across a complex portfolio — the first organization-wide shared view of outcomes, used to set goals, recalibrate in-year, and communicate impact to donors.
